Refund policy

Unopened bottles — 30 days

If you haven’t opened it, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is on you unless the order was wrong or damaged.

Opened bottles — no returns

Dip-Zip is a consumable that goes in your mouth, so we can’t resell a returned bottle and we can’t accept one back. Please don’t send it.

Damaged, leaking, or wrong

Email sales@dip-zip.com with a photo. We’ll refund or replace it, no questions and no return required.

It didn’t work for me

Get in touch anyway. Nine times out of ten it’s a dosing question — too many drops, too large a pinch, or not worked through the tobacco thoroughly — and it’s usually fixable in one email. If it genuinely isn’t for you, say so and we’ll make it right.

How to start a return

Email sales@dip-zip.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
