Where we ship

All fifty US states, Washington DC, and APO/FPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally.

How we ship

USPS Ground Advantage from Sarasota, Florida, with tracking on every order.

Rates

• One bottle — $5.95 flat
• Two bottles or more — free

Handling time

Orders placed before 2pm Eastern on a business day generally go out the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day. You’ll get a tracking number by email when the label is created.

Delivery estimates

Ground Advantage typically runs 2–5 business days within the continental US, a little longer to Alaska and Hawaii. These are USPS estimates, not guarantees.

APO/FPO

We’re glad to ship to military addresses and we do it at the same domestic rates. Be aware that transit to APO/FPO typically runs two to four weeks, and tracking often goes quiet partway through once the package leaves the domestic network. That’s normal and it does not mean the package is lost.

Damaged or leaking on arrival

Email sales@dip-zip.com with a photo and we’ll refund or replace it. No return needed.

Lost packages

If tracking hasn’t moved in seven business days (or four weeks for APO/FPO), get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
