Dip-Zip is a tobacco alkalinizer for moist snuff, chewing tobacco and tobacco pouches. It contains no nicotine and no tobacco — just distilled water, glycerin and sodium carbonate.
Commercial dipping tobacco sits at about pH 8, where only around half the nicotine is in its free-base form — the form your mouth can actually absorb. Two to four drops of Dip-Zip bring a treated pinch to about pH 9.5, where roughly 97% of it is.
The practical result is that a quarter-size pinch does the work your full pinch used to do, so a can goes up to four times further. One 15 mL bottle holds over 500 drops and treats three to four cans — about $3.95 a can.
Made in Sarasota, Florida. For adults 21 and older who currently use smokeless tobacco. Not for use with nicotine pouches such as Zyn, ON or Rogue, which contain no tobacco. Dip-Zip does not make tobacco safer.
